It took two years to successfully develop and promote a new type of fracturing fluid-low-cost viscous and slippery water.
It is understood that the product has multiple effects in one dose, with low-concentration drag reduction and high-concentration sand holding effect. After a comprehensive indoor evaluation from June to November last year, all indicators and performance met industry standards, and field tests were carried out at the end of last year.The new type of fracturing fluid has been used in shallow and shallow straight wells, horizontal wells, deep straight wells and shale oil horizontal wells in Jilin oilfield.During the on-site fracturing construction process, the drag reduction effect is obvious. The sand holding meets the design requirements of the sand ratio, up to 40%, and the pressure is stable, which can replace the guanidine colloidal system to complete the fracturing design.
The successful application of the new type of viscous and slippery water has opened a new chapter in low-cost fracturing in Jilin oilfield. The material cost is reduced by more than 50% compared to the guanidine colloidal system, and the dispensing cost and construction cost are reduced by more than 10%.The large-scale application of this product will make a positive contribution to the development of Songnan efficiency in Jilin Oilfield.
