The R&D center led by PetroChina was selected as the first batch of national energy R&D and innovation platforms
On May 10th, the reporter learned that the National Energy Administration recently announced the list of the first batch of national energy R&D and innovation platforms in the “14th Five-Year Plan”.Recommended by China National Petroleum Corporation, led by the China Academy of Petroleum Science and Technology, and jointly constructed by the China Academy of Petroleum Engineering and Technology, the Wuhan Institute of Geotechnical Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China University of Petroleum (Beijing), and China Petroleum Gas Storage Branch, the National Energy Oil and Gas Underground Storage Research and Development Center has become one of the first six innovation platforms selected this time.
In order to accelerate the advancement of energy science and technology, the National Energy Administration entrusted a third-party organization to organize experts to complete the first batch of national energy R&D and innovation platforms in the “14th Five-Year Plan” in two ways: “Take command and go out” and “race for the first place”.
It is reported that in order to strengthen the supervision and evaluation of the construction process of the innovation platform, the recommended units of each innovation platform actively participate in guiding the construction, operation and management assessment of the innovation platform in accordance with relevant requirements, support the innovation platform to promote technology research and development, achievement transformation and engineering demonstration, and organize the leading unit of the innovation platform to regularly submit R&D results to the National Energy Administration Express.The leading units of each innovation platform consolidate their main responsibilities, establish and improve internal rules and regulations, focus on the direction of research and development, organize and promote key core technology research, equipment research and engineering demonstration, accelerate the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and lead the technological progress of the industry.
