The surface of the mud circulation tank is made of 6mm steel plate, with a closed structure and a fixed 5mm anti-skid plate. The opening part of the tank body is designed as a movable cover plate; the tank body is composed of 6mm stamped corrugated, and the bottom is made of 8mm iron plate; the tank surface is connected to the floating platform with a 100×100×5mm channel steel frame, and part of the space and corridor are laid with G325×5 hot-dip zinc steel chrome plate, and the steel grating and the frame are fixed with galvanized bolts; agitators and other equipment are directly installed and fixed on the beam of the tank mouth to improve the stable performance of the equipment when working and reduce equipment damage caused by vibration. ; After forming, the tank size is 12000*2800*2200mm, and the monomer volume is 55m3.
After the mud tank is completed, it will be tested and debugged in strict accordance with the inspection requirements.All tanks, sealed tanks and containers have undergone non-destructive testing and flaw detection of welding channels, kerosene leakage inspection is used in the manufacturing process, and water filling test is carried out before leaving the factory; magnetic powder is used for flaw detection of hanging points and hanging bar welds, and the flaw detection standard reaches the Level I specified in JB/T 6061-2007; the equipment control system is online load debugged before leaving the factory.After strict testing, the working parameters and performance of the circulating tank meet the technical requirements of explosion-proof, waterproof, dust-proof, anticorrosive and impact-resistant, and can adapt to the operating requirements under harsh working conditions in the field of oil fields.
