Occupational health
We pay attention to strengthening the occupational health protection of our employees.In 2021, the company will implement the Outline of the "Healthy China 2030" Plan, issue the "Regulations on Occupational Health and Employee Health Management" and the "Measures for the Management of Employee Health Examinations", and hold the "Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Law" publicity Week activities. Occupational health monitoring has achieved full coverage, and the occupational health examination rate is 100%; the detection rate of occupational disease Hazard factors in the workplace is 99.92%; and the establishment rate of occupational health monitoring files is 100%.

Occupational disease prevention
We standardize the evaluation and management of occupational disease hazards in construction projects, and actively promote the detection and prevention and control of occupational disease hazard factors in the workplace.We have established an industry-leading quantitative health risk assessment method and on-site medical personnel allocation matrix with the characteristics of China Petroleum; in view of the many types of occupational hazards involved in production operations, the harsh regional environment, the mobility of operations and the high labor intensity, we pay attention to the prevention and control of occupational diseases from the source.

Conscientiously organize the investigation, rectification, and treatment of dust and high-toxic hazardous materials, and promote the application of video surveillance to replace dust-hazardous positions, so as to completely eliminate the harm of dust to employees; the company has added various occupational disease protection facilities such as anti-virus, dust-proof, and noise-proof for a number of projects, and the inspection and maintenance of occupational health protection facilities have been included in the scope of safety and environmental protection hidden dangers.

Mental health
We attach great importance to the mental health of our employees, continue to improve the system of employee recuperation and vacation, implement the employee support plan (EAP), open a psychological counseling hotline and website, and carry out various forms of mental health knowledge publicity and training to guide employees to establish a positive and healthy attitude.

In 2020, under the new normal of the overseas new crown pneumonia epidemic, the company set up a team of psychological counseling experts to continue to promote the use of mental health service hotlines for overseas employees. The Overseas employee Help plan (EAP) counseling service has become an effective means for most overseas employees and their families to accept and trust and seek psychological help, ensuring the mental health of overseas employees and the safe and smooth operation of the project.

Employee safety
We adhere to the “employee life is above all else”, establish a health and safety production supervision and management system and mechanism, actively adopt advanced safety management methods and safety production technology, fully implement HSE management, continuously improve safety production conditions, and vigorously strengthen grassroots safety production work to ensure employee safety.We have steadily promoted the social security management system, continuously improved our emergency response capabilities, and eliminated social security deaths.

The contractor is our partner, as well as a direct participant and operator in some of our production and operation links.We incorporate suppliers and contractors into the company's safety management system, and manage their access, selection, training, use, evaluation and assessment in the whole process to prevent and reduce accidents among suppliers and contractors.The company has strengthened the selection of high-quality strategic contractors, strictly implemented the "zero tolerance for unqualified contractors" measures, and carried out training for key positions of contractors to continuously reduce contractor safety risks.

Safety of overseas employees
