China Petroleum Network news (reporter Yang Jun, correspondent Yang Zipeng) On October 7, the cementing construction of the high 31-P10 well was successfully completed, marking the successful completion of the first factory drilling well group of the High 5 dense oil development project in Jidong Oilfield.

The high-5 block dense oil development project is the key project of Jidong Oilfield this year, and it is also a key step in the exploration and development of Jidong Oilfield from conventional reservoirs to unconventional reservoirs.The first factory-drilled well group of high-5 dense oil has a total of 3 horizontal wells. The factory-drilled construction mode is adopted with batch drilling as the interface, with a total intake of 17,119 meters and a total cycle of 196 days. The well was completed 26 days earlier than the planned cycle.The drilling and completion depths of the three wells were 5762 meters, 5705 meters, and 5652 meters, and the drilling and completion cycles were 75 days, 60.25 days, and 58.67 days, respectively. The “765” stepped speed-up target was achieved, and many technical indicators such as the deepest depth of the three horizontal wells, the longest horizontal section, and the fastest construction speed were refreshed.

As the only dense oil development project in the eastern Bohai Bay Basin, the high-5 dense oil development project faces many difficulties such as little construction experience and high construction difficulty.In order to chew off this “hard bone”, Jidong Oilfield integrated and coordinated the establishment of a professional management team. Through the overall management and technical ideas of the well director's responsibility system, weekly platform meetings, factory drilling, two-open “one-trip drilling”, oil-based mud, etc., the efficient and smooth completion of the first well group was ensured, and two of the wells successfully realized the second-open “one-trip drilling”.

Professional collaboration to create the integration of engineering geology.In accordance with the requirements of ”one well, one project", a daily engineering geological integration coordination meeting is held on site to summarize the current work and prompt construction risks.Through the use of oil-based mud and rotary guidance technology to optimize the construction parameters and performance, the safe construction of the longest horizontal section of 1489 meters has been achieved, and the three wells have been completed without accidents.In addition, in view of the difficulties of deep burial in the reservoir, rapid sand body change, and strong reservoir heterogeneity, landing and horizontal section guidance plans have been formulated to improve the reservoir drilling encounter rate.

Market-oriented operation, build a win-win situation, speed up, improve quality, and improve efficiency.Quickly completed the ”integrated general contracting" business negotiations, and the first batch of 6 wells saved more than 4 million yuan in project costs.Both parties A and B coordinate to promote grid electric drilling, factory drilling, oil-based mud reuse, key link convergence, etc., to reduce construction stops, reduce comprehensive investment, and speed up project progress.Among them, the reuse rate of oil-based mud is greater than 60%.The win-win model jointly built by both parties A and B has created a working template for the construction organization of the second batch of high-5 dense oil wells, and even the improvement of the quality, speed and efficiency of the entire drilling system in the future.
