In order to summarize the production and operation work in the first half of 2022, find problems and formulate countermeasures on the basis of positive results, closely focus on the “production and operation-centered” management model, and ensure that the annual plan is steadily advancing in accordance with the established goals, the company held a production and operation analysis meeting for the first half of 2022 in the conference room on the second floor on July 16.The meeting mainly included the following aspects: first, the highlights and experience sharing in the work in the first half of the year (focusing on production organization, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement); second, the difficulties and challenges faced at this stage, analysis of existing problems and causes; third, put forward improvement measures and production and operation work plans for the second half of the year; and finally, make suggestions for the company's development, and put forward rationalization opinions and suggestions.

Li Zhiquan, general manager of the company, put forward eight requirements for the work in the second half of the year: 1. Pay close attention to safety management to ensure safe production without accidents; 2. Improve the efficiency of production organization and reduce waiting time; 3. Do a good job in cost control, reduce costs and increase efficiency; 4. Continue to upgrade equipment and prepare for entering the high-end market; 5. Strengthen human resource management and build a strong team; 6. Increase market development and maintenance to ensure continuous workload; 7. Create “high-quality projects” to ensure that each well is of excellent quality; 8. Increase settlement and account-keeping efforts to ensure the return of funds.

Mr. Li pointed out that half of 2022 has passed, and the remaining tasks are even more arduous and onerous, and the challenges we face are very serious.
