We attach importance to the career planning of our employees and strive to expand the space for career development for our employees to realize their self-worth.We continue to deepen the reform of the sequence of professional and technical positions, improve the incentive mechanism, and provide independent, smooth and stable career development channels for professional and technical personnel; set up the country's first skilled talent innovation fund to support the technical skills research and achievement transformation of first-line skilled talents. The results have won 53 national invention patents and 193 application transformations.
